Ingredients:

  • Pasanday 1/2 kg
  • Salt 1 tsp
  • Red chili 1 tsp
  • Ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp
  • All spice 1 tsp
  • Onion 250 gm
  • Tomato 250 gm
  • Coriander as required
  • Green chili 4-5
  • Coconut 1 tbsp
  • Poppy seed 1 tbsp
  • Almond 10

Method:

  1. Seal pasanday and mash it. Then put salt, red chili, all spice, ginger garlic paste, coconut, poppy seed and almond paste and leave for 2 hours.
  2. Heat oil and fry onion. Then put pasanday in it.
  3. When pasanday is tendered, add chopped tomato, cook it and roast it.
  4. Put coriander and green chilies and serve.
