Ingredients:
- Pasanday 1/2 kg
- Salt 1 tsp
- Red chili 1 tsp
- Ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp
- All spice 1 tsp
- Onion 250 gm
- Tomato 250 gm
- Coriander as required
- Green chili 4-5
- Coconut 1 tbsp
- Poppy seed 1 tbsp
- Almond 10
Method:
- Seal pasanday and mash it. Then put salt, red chili, all spice, ginger garlic paste, coconut, poppy seed and almond paste and leave for 2 hours.
- Heat oil and fry onion. Then put pasanday in it.
- When pasanday is tendered, add chopped tomato, cook it and roast it.
- Put coriander and green chilies and serve.
