Murgh Chana Handi by Shireen Anwer

Ingredients:
- Boneless chicken 1/2 kg
- Boiled chana 1-1/2 cup
- Tomato paste 2 tbsp
- Ginger julienne 1 tbsp
- Fresh cream 4 tbsp
- Butter 2 oz
- Oil 1/2 cup
- Brown onion 3 tbsp
- Coriander roasted 1 tsp
- Cumin roasted 1-1/2 tsp
- Chili powder 1 tsp
- Crushed red pepper 1 tsp
- Ginger garlic paste 1 tsp
- Green chilies 3
- Yogurt whipped /12 cup
- All spice 1/2 tsp
- Coriander leaves chopped 2 tbsp
Method:
- First, heat butter and oil in handi and fry ginger garlic paste.
- Now add chicken boneless and fry for 5 minutes.
- Then put brown onion, coriander roasted, cumin roasted, chili powder, crushed red chili, tomato paste and whipped yogurt, cover it and cook it.
- After that, remove cover, put boiled chana, fresh cream, ginger julienne, chopped green chilies and all spice and keep on simmer until oil comes on top.
- In end, garnish with coriander leaves and serve.
