Ingredients:
- Mince 1/2 kg
- Papaya grinded 1 tsp
- Salt 1 tsp
- Chili powder 1 tsp
- Ginger garlic 1 tbsp
- Lemon juice 1 tbsp
- Gram flour 2 tbsp
- Coriander leaves 2 tbsp
- Green chilies 4
- Onion 1
- All spice 1 tsp
For Topping:
- Yogurt whipped 1 cup
- Salt 1/2 tsp
- Garlic paste 1/2 tsp
- Coriander leaves 2 tbsp
- Green chilies 2
- Brown onion 2 tbsp
Method:
- First marinate mince with all ingredients.
- Now give shape of koftay and fry in pan.
- Then take out in serving dish.
- After that put topping on koftay, give smoke of coal and serve.
