Ingredients:

  • Mince 1/2 kg
  • Papaya grinded 1 tsp
  • Salt 1 tsp
  • Chili powder 1 tsp
  • Ginger garlic 1 tbsp
  • Lemon juice 1 tbsp
  • Gram flour 2 tbsp
  • Coriander leaves 2 tbsp
  • Green chilies 4
  • Onion 1
  • All spice 1 tsp

For Topping:

  • Yogurt whipped 1 cup
  • Salt 1/2 tsp
  • Garlic paste 1/2 tsp
  • Coriander leaves 2 tbsp
  • Green chilies 2
  • Brown onion 2 tbsp

Method:

  1. First marinate mince with all ingredients.
  2. Now give shape of koftay and fry in pan.
  3. Then take out in serving dish.
  4. After that put topping on koftay, give smoke of coal and serve.
