Ingredients:
- Milk 2 liter
- Cream 1-1/2 cup
- Salt 1 pinch
- Cardamom seeds 5
- Almond 8-10
- Kewra water 1 tsp
- Semolina 2 tbsp
- Arrowroot 2 tbsp
- Sugar 1 cup
- Almond, Pistachio 1/2 cup
- Khoya 300 gm
- Falooda vermicelli for garnish
- Green color as required
Method:
- Put sugar in milk and boil it. Then add cardamom powder.
- When it boils, put semolina, khoya and arrowroot
- Beat cream.
- Now remove kulfi mixture from stove, put in deep pan and take out when cold.
- Now mix cream in it, put in ice cream machine, use for 30 minutes until mixture becomes thick and add almonds.
- Take out in serving bowl.
- Serve with falooda vermicelli.
