Ingredients:
- Basmati rice 1/2 kg
- Cinnamon 1-2
- Small cardamom 6
- Jaggery 1/2 kg
- Ghee 3 tbsp
- Fennel 1 tbsp
- Coconut 1 cup
- Almond 2-3 tbsp
- Raisins 2-3 tbsp
- Milk 1 cup
- Cream 1 cup
Method:
- Boil rice.
- For Syrup: Mix milk, jaggery, fennel and coconut and make thick.
- Heat ghee in pan. Then put green cardamom, cinnamon, raisins, almond and jaggery and mix it nicely.
- When it is ready, put coconut slice.
- Now leave for simmer for 5-10 minutes.
- Garnish with coconut and almond and serve.
