Ingredients:

  • Mince 1 kg
  • Egg 1
  • Bread slices 4
  • Green chilies 6
  • Black pepper 1 tsp
  • White vinegar 1 tbsp
  • Chicken cube flour 1 tbsp
  • Corn flour 2 tbsp
  • Soya sauce 2 tbsp
  • Oil as required
  • Salt to taste

Method:

  1. First, cut edges of bread slices and crush center portions.
  2. Now mix mince, bread crumb, egg, finely chopped green chilies, crushed black pepper, white vinegar, chicken cube flour, corn flour, soya sauce and salt in bowl and knead it.
  3. Then make small small round kabab.
  4. After that heat oil in karahi and fry kabab on low flame.
  5. When kabab becomes golden brown, take it out, keep on tissue paper.
  6. Serve delicious bread & mince kabab with roti or parathay.
