Ingredients:

For Making Kofta:

  • Beef mince 1 kg
  • Cumin seeds 2 tsp
  • Peanuts 2 tsp
  • Sesame seeds 2 tsp
  • Round chilies 6
  • Onions 2
  • Salt 1 tsp
  • Egg 1
  • Ginger garlic paste 1 tsp

For Making Gravy:

  • Yogurt 1-1/2 cup
  • Fried onion 1 cup
  • Chaat masala 1 tsp
  • Red chili powder1 tsp
  • Salt 1 tsp
  • Lemon juice 2 tbsp
  • Coriander powder 2 tsp
  • Ginger garlic paste 2 tsp
  • Curry leaves 6
  • Oil 1/2 cup
  • Green chilies/Green coriander as required

Method:

  1. For Making Koftay: Roast sesame seeds, cumin seeds, peanuts and round chilies on tawa and grind finely.
  2. Now put mince, roasted masala, ginger garlic paste and salt and grind finely.
  3. Them mix egg and make koftay.
  4. For Making Gravy: Put yogurt, fried onion, chaat masala, red chili powder, lemon juice, coriander powder and ginger garlic paste in blender and grind it.
  5. How heat oil and put curry leaves.
  6. When fragrance comes, add yogurt mixture and roast it.
  7. Now add 1 glass water and koftay and cook on low flame for 30 minutes.
  8. After that, close the stove, put green chilies and green coriander and serve.
