Ingredients:
- Boiled rice 1/2 kg
- Chopped ginger garlic 2 tsp
- Sweet corn 1 cup
- Chopped potatoes 2
- Spring onion 250 gm
- Grated carrots 2 cups
- Black pepper 2 tsp
- Salt 1 tsp
- Cream 1 packet
- Cheddar cheese 1 packet
- Eggs 4
- Oil 4 tbsp
Method:
- First, heat oil and fry chopped ginger garlic.
- Now put sweet corn, chopped potatoes, spring onion, grated carrot, capsicum, black pepper and salt and cook for 2 minutes.
- Then put cream and boiled rice and mix it.
- After that, grease tray and put rice.
- Now put crushed cheddar cheese and eggs and bake on 180 degrees C.
- Creamy vegetables rice is ready.
