Arabic Kofta by Shireen Anwer

Ingredients:
- Mince 1/2 kg
- Onion 4 tbsp
- Parsley 2 tbsp
- Salt 1 tsp
- Cumin roasted 1 tsp
- Black pepper 1/2 tsp
- Garlic paste 1 tsp
- Oil 1/4 cup
For Salsa:
- Tomato puree 1 tbsp
- Water 1/2 cup
- Garlic paste 1 tsp
- Black pepper 1/2 tsp
- Roasted and crushed cumin 1/2 tsp
- Salt 1/2 tsp
- All spice 1/2 tsp
- Paprika 1 tsp
- Parsley 1 tbsp
Method:
- First, mix finely chopped onion, finely chopped parsley, salt, cumin roasted, black pepper and garlic paste in mince and chop it nicely.
- No make koftay of it and shallow fry until it is ready. Then take it out and keep it aside.
- Put fried koftay in remaining oil. Together add all salsa ingredients and fry it nicely.
- Then keep koftay on serving plate. Put sauce on top and serve hot.
