Ingredients:

  • Chicken 1 kg or 12 pieces
  • Ginger garlic paste 2 tsp
  • Chili powder 2-1/2 tsp
  • White cumin 1 tsp
  • Coriander powder 1 tsp
  • Turmeric 1/4 tsp
  • All spice 1/2 tsp
  • Yogurt 1 cup
  • Onion brown 3 tbsp
  • Salt 1-1/2 tsp
  • Sesame seeds 1 tsp
  • Poppy seeds 1 tsp
  • Desiccated coconut 1 tbsp
  • Almonds 10
  • Pistachio 8
  • Coriander leaves 2 tbsp
  • Mint leaves 2 tbsp

Method:

  1. First grind all ingredients except chicken, coriander leaves and green chilies.
  2. Now marinate chicken with this mixture.
  3. Then heat 1/2 cup oil, add marinated chicken, cover it and cook until chicken is tendered.
  4. Now put green chilies and coriander leaves and give simmer until oil comes on top and serve.
