Chicken Curry by Shireen Anwer

Ingredients:
- Chicken 1 kg or 12 pieces
- Ginger garlic paste 2 tsp
- Chili powder 2-1/2 tsp
- White cumin 1 tsp
- Coriander powder 1 tsp
- Turmeric 1/4 tsp
- All spice 1/2 tsp
- Yogurt 1 cup
- Onion brown 3 tbsp
- Salt 1-1/2 tsp
- Sesame seeds 1 tsp
- Poppy seeds 1 tsp
- Desiccated coconut 1 tbsp
- Almonds 10
- Pistachio 8
- Coriander leaves 2 tbsp
- Mint leaves 2 tbsp
Method:
- First grind all ingredients except chicken, coriander leaves and green chilies.
- Now marinate chicken with this mixture.
- Then heat 1/2 cup oil, add marinated chicken, cover it and cook until chicken is tendered.
- Now put green chilies and coriander leaves and give simmer until oil comes on top and serve.
