Ingredients:

  • Chicken 1 kg
  • Tandoori masala 1 packet
  • Ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp
  • Green papaya 2 tbsp
  • Soya sauce 2 tbsp
  • Lemons 2
  • Cream 1 cup
  • Black pepper 1 tsp
  • Gram flour 4-5 tbsp
  • Coal 1
  • Oil 1 cup
  • Rice 3 cup
  • Green chilies 3-4
  • Salt as required
  • All spice powder 1 tsp
  • Coconut milk 1 cup
  • Tomato, Onion, Coriander leaves for garnish

Method:

  1. First, in a bowl, marinate chicken with salt, black pepper, tandoori masala, ginger garlic paste, lemon juice, soya sauce and gram flour for 1 hour.
  2. How heat oil in a frying pan, put marinated chicken and stir fry it.
  3. Together add 2 glass water and cook for 5 minutes.
  4. After that, close the stove and put cream.
  5. Then give smoke of coal.
  6. Now in a pan, put soaked rice and oil and stir it.
  7. Together put 3 glass water, coconut milk, green chilies and salt, cover it and cook for 10 minutes on low flame.
  8. When it is cooked, take out in platter and keep chicken on top.
  9. In end, garnish with tomato, onion and coriander and serve.
