Ingredients:

For Chops:

  • Mutton chops 1 kg
  • Chopped garlic 2 tbsp
  • Soya sauce 1/2 cup
  • Vinegar 1/2 cup
  • Baking soda 1-2 tbsp
  • BBQ sauce 2-3 tbsp
  • Corn flour 1-2 tbsp
  • Eggs 1-2
  • Chinese salt 1/3 tsp
  • Oil for fry
  • Salt to taste

For Gravy:

  • Garlic paste 1 tbsp
  • Wooster sauce 2-3 tbsp
  • Tomato pate 1 cup
  • Oyster sauce 2 tbsp
  • Oil as required
  • Salt to taste
  • Salad leaves for garnish

Method:

  1. For Chops: Cut chops into pieces, add chopped garlic, soya sauce, vinegar, baking soda, BBQ sauce, corn flour, eggs, Chinese salt an salt, marinate it and leave for 30 minutes.
  2. Then, in a pan, heat oil and fry chops.
  3. For Gravy: In a pan, heat oil and fry garlic paste.
  4. Then add tomato ketchup, wooster sauce, oyster sauce and salt and cook until thick.
  5. Now put fry chops, mix it, put on salad leaves on serving platter and serve it.
