Red Beef by Chef Gulzar

Ingredients:
- Beef undercut 1/2 kg
- Star anise 2-3
- Cinnamon 2-3 sticks
- Dark soya sauce 1/2 cup
- White pepper 1/2 tsp
- Red food color 1 pinch
- Oil 1/2 cup
- Chinese salt 1/3 tsp
Method:
- In a pot, add 1/2 jug water and all ingredients except oil and cook until beef is tendered.
- When beef is tendered, then take out.
- Now in a pan, heat oil and put on beef.
- Then cut beef into slices, keep in serving platter and serve.
