Ingredients:
- Vanilla ice cream 1-1/2 liter
- Glazed cherries (red) 15
- Black currants 1 cup
- Cream for decoration
For Cake:
- Butter 175 gm
- Eggs 3
- Milk 2 tbsp
- Baking powder 1 tsp
- Brown sugar 3/4 cup
- Maida 1-1/2 cup
- Coco powder 4 tbsp
- Coffee 1 tsp
- Sugar for decoration
For Topping:
- Chocolate 1-1/2 cup
- Cream 3/4 cup
- Butter 1 tbsp
- Coco powder 1 tbsp
- Almond 3/4 cup
Method:
- Mix butter, sugar, coffee, coco powder and brown sugar. Then put egg, maida and milk.
- Preheat oven on 180 degrees C.
- Put batter in 8 inch grease pan, bake for 15-20 minutes and take out.
- Mix black currants and cherries in ice cream and spread on cake.
- Now keep second portion of cake and spread cream.
- For Topping: Melt chocolate and cream and put coco powder.
- When it mix, then add butter. Remove from stove and chill it.
- Now spread on ice cream cake and serve.
