Mutton Achari by Chef Gulzar

Ingredients:
- Mutton 1 kg
- Yogurt 1/2 kg
- Onion 2
- Crushed red chili 2 tbsp
- Chopped ginger 1 tbsp
- Chopped garlic 1 tbsp
- Fennel seed 1 tsp
- White cumin 1 tsp
- Onion seed 1/2 tsp
- Mustard seed 1/2 tsp
- Fenugreek seed 1/2 tsp
- Red chili powder 2 tbsp
- Cumin powder 1 tsp
- Green chilies 5-6
- Oil 4 tbsp
- Salt to taste
Method:
- First, in a pan, add chopped ginger, chopped garlic and onion and fry for 2-3 minutes.
- Now add mutton, roast it nicely, put water and cook it.
- Now in a bowl, put yogurt, fennel seed, white cumin, onion seed, mustard see, fenugreek seed and salt, mix it, add in meat and roast it nicely.
- Then add water as required and green chilies, cover it and leave for simmer.
- Dish out it. Mutton achari is ready.
