Ingredients:
For Making Fish:
- Boneless fish 1 kg
- Vinegar 2 tbsp
- Soya sauce 1 tbsp
- Chili sauce 1 tbsp
- Peri peri sauce 1 tbsp
- Farmbai masala 1 tbsp
- Chili powder 1 tbsp
- Salt as required
- Lemon juice 6 tbsp
- Green coriander leaves 1 bunch
- Gram flour 4-5 tbsp
- Samosa sheet 12-14
- Oil for frying
For Tahini Sauce:
- Yogurt 1 cup
- Cream 2 tbsp
- Tahini paste 2 tbsp
- Salt as required
- Pine nuts 1/2 cup
- Olive oil 2 tbsp
Method:
- In a dish, put boneless fish and vinegar and leave for 15 minutes.
- Then wash fish nicely.
- Now put in dish and marinate with chili sauce, peri peri sauce, farmbai masala, lemon juice, coriander leaves and gram flour.
- Now put samosa sheets in blender and blend it.
- After that, put blended mixture in a plate.
- Now roll marinated fish in it.
- Then deep fry in frying pan.
- For Tahini Sauce: Put all ingredients in blender and blend it.
- Now take out mixture in a bowl and put olive oil.
