Ingredients:
- Boneless chicken strips 1 kg
- Tikka boti masala 2 tbsp
- Peri peri sauce 2 tbsp
- Soya sauce 1 tbsp
- Chili sauce 1 tbsp
- Lemon juice 2 tbsp
- Egg 1
- Bread crumbs 1/2 cup
- Corn flour 2 tbsp
- Flour 3 tbsp
- Almond sliced 1/2 cup
- Sesame seed 2 tbsp
- Red food color 1/4 tsp
- Oil for frying
Method:
- First, marinate chicken strips with tikka boti masala.
- Now put peri peri sauce, soya sauce, chili sauce, lemon juice, egg, corn flour and flour and leave for 1 hour.
- Then take out chicken strips and press with wooden skewers.
- Then put bread crumbs, sesame seed and oil in platter, cover with chicken and fry it.
