Ingredients:

  • Boneless chicken strips 1 kg
  • Tikka boti masala 2 tbsp
  • Peri peri sauce 2 tbsp
  • Soya sauce 1 tbsp
  • Chili sauce 1 tbsp
  • Lemon juice 2 tbsp
  • Egg 1
  • Bread crumbs 1/2 cup
  • Corn flour 2 tbsp
  • Flour 3 tbsp
  • Almond sliced 1/2 cup
  • Sesame seed 2 tbsp
  • Red food color 1/4 tsp
  • Oil for frying

Method:

  1. First, marinate chicken strips with tikka boti masala.
  2. Now put peri peri sauce, soya sauce, chili sauce, lemon juice, egg, corn flour and flour and leave for 1 hour.
  3. Then take out chicken strips and press with wooden skewers.
  4. Then put bread crumbs, sesame seed and oil in platter, cover with chicken and fry it.
