Ingredients:
- Mutton brain 6
- Oil 1 cup
- Onion 1 big
- Ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp
- Chili powder 1 tbsp
- Turmeric powder 1 tsp
- Coriander powder 1 tsp
- All spice powder 1 tsp
- Cumin powder 1 tsp
- Yogurt 1/2 cup
- Tomato 3-4
- Dry fenugreek seed 1 tsp
- Coriander 2 tbsp
- Green chilies 1 tbsp
- Ginger 2 tbsp
- Lemon juice 1 tbsp
Method:
- In a pan, heat oil and fry onion.
- When onion becomes soft, then add ginger garlic paste and roast it.
- Now add chili powder, turmeric powder, coriander powder, salt, yogurt, all spice powder, cumin powder and tomato and roast more until tomato becomes more soft and oil leaves masala.
- In end, add brain.
- Brain masala is ready.
