Brain Masala by Chef Tahira Mateen

Ingredients:

  • Mutton brain 6
  • Oil 1 cup
  • Onion 1 big
  • Ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp
  • Chili powder 1 tbsp
  • Turmeric powder 1 tsp
  • Coriander powder 1 tsp
  • All spice powder 1 tsp
  • Cumin powder 1 tsp
  • Yogurt 1/2 cup
  • Tomato 3-4
  • Dry fenugreek seed 1 tsp
  • Coriander 2 tbsp
  • Green chilies 1 tbsp
  • Ginger 2 tbsp
  • Lemon juice 1 tbsp

Method:

  1. In a pan, heat oil and fry onion.
  2. When onion becomes soft, then add ginger garlic paste and roast it.
  3. Now add chili powder, turmeric powder, coriander powder, salt, yogurt, all spice powder, cumin powder and tomato and roast more until tomato becomes more soft and oil leaves masala.
  4. In end, add brain.
  5. Brain masala is ready.
