Ingredients:

  • Bread slice 6
  • Oil for fry
  • Coconut powder as required
  • Glazed cherries as required
  • Sugar 1 cup
  • Water 1 cup

Method:

  1. Put sugar in water and boil until thick.
  2. In a pan, heat oil and fry bread slice.
  3. When light golden brown in color, then dip in sugar syrup.
  4. Now take out in platter. Sprinkle coconut powder and keep glazed cherries and serve.
