Ingredients:

  • Undercut 1/2 kg
  • Green chilies 2 tsp
  • Ginger garlic paste 1 tsp
  • Raw papaya 1 tsp
  • Coriander seeds 1-1/2 tsp
  • Crushed red pepper 1 tsp
  • All spice 1/2 tsp
  • Black pepper 1/2 tsp
  • Salt 1 tsp
  • Oil 3 tbsp
  • Spring onion 1 cup
  • Coriander leaves 2-3 tbsp
  • Yogurt 1 cup
  • Bajra flour 1 cup
  • Red chilies as required

Method:

  1. First marinate undercut cubes with salt, black pepper, ginger garlic paste, all spice, red chilies, finely chopped coriander leaves, crushed red pepper, raw papaya and finely chopped green chilies and leave for 30 minutes.
  2. Now mix finely chopped green onion, finely chopped green chilies, beaten yogurt and bajra flour nicely.
  3. Now make kabab and deep fry it until light golden.
  4. Now serve hot with chutney.
