Hara Masala Mutton by Shireen Anwer

Ingredients:
- Mutton 1/2 kg
- Coriander leaves 1/2 cup
- Green chilies 4
- Black pepper 3/4 tsp
- Coriander powder 1 tbsp
- Ginger garlic 2 tbsp
- Onion 2
- Turmeric 1/4 tsp
- Green cardamom 4
- Cinnamon 2 inch
- Salt 1 tsp
- Yogurt 1/2 cup
- Oil 1/2 cup
Method:
- First, in blender, blend coriander, green chilies, black pepper, coriander powder and onion and make smooth paste.
- Now heat oil, add cinnamon, green cardamom, ginger garlic and mutton and fry for 10 minutes.
- Then put grinded masala, cover it and cook until mutton tender.
- Then put yogurt and fry it nicely.
- For Gravy: Add 1 cup water and cook it nicely, so it becomes ready.
