Rose Kheer by Shireen Anwer

Ingredients:
- Milk 2 liter
- Rice 1/2 cup
- Sugar 1 cup
- Almonds and pistachio 1/2 cup
- White rose essence 1/2 tsp
- Yellow color 1/4 tsp
- Khoya 1/2 cup
Method:
- First, cook milk, add boiled rice and cook for 10 minutes.
- Now put sugar and cook more for 15 minutes.
- Then put khoya and yellow color.
- In end, add white rose essence, almonds and pistachio, take out and serve cold.
