Ingredients:

  • Milk 2 liter
  • Rice 1/2 cup
  • Sugar 1 cup
  • Almonds and pistachio 1/2 cup
  • White rose essence 1/2 tsp
  • Yellow color 1/4 tsp
  • Khoya 1/2 cup

Method:

  1. First, cook milk, add boiled rice and cook for 10 minutes.
  2. Now put sugar and cook more for 15 minutes.
  3. Then put khoya and yellow color.
  4. In end, add white rose essence, almonds and pistachio, take out and serve cold.
