Ingredients:

  • Semolina 250 gm
  • Oil 1/2 cup
  • Peas 1/4 cup
  • Tomatoes 1
  • Cashew nuts 10-12
  • Green chilies chopped 4
  • Coriander leaves 2 tbsp
  • Crushed garlic 1 tsp
  • Turmeric 1/4 tsp
  • Red chili whole 6

Method:

  1. First, heat oil and fry semolina.
  2. When color of semolina changes to light golden, take it out in pan.
  3. Now put cashew nuts in remaining oil, fry it and take out.
  4. Now add semolina, cashew nuts, peas, tomatoes cubes and 1-1/2 cup water and keep on simmer for 15 minutes on low flame.
