Ingredients:
- Semolina 250 gm
- Oil 1/2 cup
- Peas 1/4 cup
- Tomatoes 1
- Cashew nuts 10-12
- Green chilies chopped 4
- Coriander leaves 2 tbsp
- Crushed garlic 1 tsp
- Turmeric 1/4 tsp
- Red chili whole 6
Method:
- First, heat oil and fry semolina.
- When color of semolina changes to light golden, take it out in pan.
- Now put cashew nuts in remaining oil, fry it and take out.
- Now add semolina, cashew nuts, peas, tomatoes cubes and 1-1/2 cup water and keep on simmer for 15 minutes on low flame.
