Ingredients for Tomato Chutney:

  • Tomato sliced 1/2 kg
  • Ginger garlic 1 tsp
  • Chili powder 1 tsp
  • Turmeric 1/2 tsp
  • Salt 1 tsp
  • White cumin 1 tsp
  • Mustard seeds 1/2 tsp
  • Sugar 1 tsp
  • Green chilies 3

For Bhagar:

  • Oil 1/2 cup
  • Whole red chilies 6
  • Curry leaves 20-25
  • Fenugreek seeds 1/4 tsp

Method:

  1. For bhagar: Heat oil, put all bhagar ingredients and tomato slices, cover it and cook for 10 minutes.
  2. Now put all ingredients except white cumin and green chilies and fry it nicely.
  3. Now add white cumin and green chilies, cover it and leave for simmer.
