Ingredients for Tomato Chutney:
- Tomato sliced 1/2 kg
- Ginger garlic 1 tsp
- Chili powder 1 tsp
- Turmeric 1/2 tsp
- Salt 1 tsp
- White cumin 1 tsp
- Mustard seeds 1/2 tsp
- Sugar 1 tsp
- Green chilies 3
For Bhagar:
- Oil 1/2 cup
- Whole red chilies 6
- Curry leaves 20-25
- Fenugreek seeds 1/4 tsp
Method:
- For bhagar: Heat oil, put all bhagar ingredients and tomato slices, cover it and cook for 10 minutes.
- Now put all ingredients except white cumin and green chilies and fry it nicely.
- Now add white cumin and green chilies, cover it and leave for simmer.
