Ingredients for Dum Ka Keema:
- Mince 1/2 kg
- Raw papaya 1 tbsp
- Chili powder 1 tsp
- Roasted and crushed cumin 1 tsp
- Poppy seeds 1 tsp
- Coriander seeds 1 tsp
- Roasted and grinded chickpea 1 tbsp
- Cloves 4
- Green cardamom 2
- Salt 1 tsp
- Ginger garlic 1 tbsp
- Lemon juice 2 tbsp
- Oil 1/2 cup
Method:
- First, grind roasted & grinded chickpea with cumin, coriander seeds and poppy seeds.
- Now marinate mince with raw papaya, ginger garlic and salt.
- Then leave for cooking for 20 minutes on low flame.
- When water dries, add lemon juice.
- After that, garnish with coriander, green chilies and onion slices and serve.
