Ingredients for Chicken Egg Roll:
- Chicken boneless 250 gm
- Onion 1
- Cabbage 250 gm
- Carrot 2
- Green onion 125 gm
- White pepper 1 tsp
- Sugar 1 tsp
- Vinegar 1 tbsp
For Pan Cake:
- Maida 1 cup
- Corn flour 1/4 cup
- Eggs 3
Method:
- For pan cake: Mix together egg, maida, corn flour and water and strain it.
- Grease non stick frying pan. Then put batter in it and pan cake is ready.
- When toast it from one side, remove it.
- For filling: Heat oil, put chicken stripes and fry it.
- When chicken is fried, then put salt, white vinegar, sugar and vinegar.
- Cut all vegetables into finely stripes, mix in chicken and chill it.
- Now keep vegetables mixture in pan cake, roll it and spread maida.
- Fry in oil and serve.
