Ingredients:

  • Bread slice 8
  • Silver paper 2
  • Small cardamom 5-6
  • Sugar 3/4 cup
  • Milk 750 gm
  • Khoya 250 gm
  • Almond, Pistachio as required
  • Yellow color as required
  • Ghee for fry
  • Kewra essence few drops

Method:

  1. Put sugar, yellow color and small cardamom in milk and cook it.
  2. Fry bread slice in ghee and take out.
  3. Now dip bread slice in milk and take out in dish.
  4. For making milk thick, put on fried slice. Then add khoya in it.
  5. Garnish with almond, pistachio and silver paper and serve.
