Ingredients:
- Bread slice 8
- Silver paper 2
- Small cardamom 5-6
- Sugar 3/4 cup
- Milk 750 gm
- Khoya 250 gm
- Almond, Pistachio as required
- Yellow color as required
- Ghee for fry
- Kewra essence few drops
Method:
- Put sugar, yellow color and small cardamom in milk and cook it.
- Fry bread slice in ghee and take out.
- Now dip bread slice in milk and take out in dish.
- For making milk thick, put on fried slice. Then add khoya in it.
- Garnish with almond, pistachio and silver paper and serve.
