Ingredients:
- Beef mince 1/2 kg
- Papaya 1 tsp
- Ginger 1 tsp
- Garlic 1 tsp
- Red chili 1-1/2 tbsp
- Roasted chickpea 2 tbsp
- Poppy seed 2 tbsp
- Almond 6-7
- Garam masala 1 tsp
- Fried onion 2 tbsp
- Salt to taste
- Coriander 4 tbsp
- Green chili 2-3
- Egg 1
Method:
- Grind poppy seed and chickpeas finely.
- Put all masalay in mince and leave for 1 hour.
- Now add egg and make tikkiyan.
- Fry in oil and serve it.
