Ingredients:

  • Beef mince 1/2 kg
  • Papaya 1 tsp
  • Ginger 1 tsp
  • Garlic 1 tsp
  • Red chili 1-1/2 tbsp
  • Roasted chickpea 2 tbsp
  • Poppy seed 2 tbsp
  • Almond 6-7
  • Garam masala 1 tsp
  • Fried onion 2 tbsp
  • Salt to taste
  • Coriander 4 tbsp
  • Green chili 2-3
  • Egg 1

Method:

  1. Grind poppy seed and chickpeas finely.
  2. Put all masalay in mince and leave for 1 hour.
  3. Now add egg and make tikkiyan.
  4. Fry in oil and serve it.
