Aloo Saag Ki Bhujia by Zubaida Tariq

Ingredients:
- Potatoes 4
- Mustard oil 1 cup
- Chopped soya bean 2 bunches
- Chopped fenugreek leaves 6 bunches
- Green chilies 4
- Chopped garlic cloves 6
- Red chilies 8
- Green beans 8
- Turmeric 1 tsp
- Salt to taste
Method:
- First, wash chopped soya bean and chopped fenugreek leaves and soak with a pinch of turmeric.
- In a karahi, heat mustard olive and do golden brown garlic cloves.
- Then add small pieces of green beans, soya, fenugreek, turmeric, green chilies, red chilies and salt and stir it continuously.
- After that, cover in and keep on simmer on low flame.
- When oil comes up and potato is tendered, then serve delicious aloo saag ki bhujia with hot hot chapati.
