Rose Almond Cookies by Rida Aftab

Ingredients:

• Butter 1 cup
• Flour 1-1/2 cup
• Chopped sugar 1 cup
• Chopped almonds 4 tbsp
• Rose petals 4 tbsp
• Rose water 1 tsp
• Cardamom powder 1/2 tsp
• Salt 1/4 tsp
• Egg 1
  

Method:

1. First, in a pot, put butter and chopped sugar and beat lightly.
2. Now put egg, rose petals, rose water, cardamom powder and salt and beat it.
3. Now add flour and knead like flour with soft hands.
4. Now roll it like roti and cut with heart shape cutter.
5. Now grease tray, keep cookies in distance and bake on 180 degrees C for 15 minutes.
