Kashmiri Gosht by Rida Aftab

Ingredients:
- Whole undercut beef 1 kg
- Cinnamon large 1
- Cardamom 1
- Small cardamom 2
- Cloves 2
- Yogurt 1/2 cup
- Red chili powder 1 tsp
- Cumin seeds 1 tsp
- Salt 1 tsp
- Butter 1 tbsp
- Turmeric 1/2 tsp
- Ginger garlic paste 1/2 tsp
- Oil 4 tbsp
- Chopped almonds 50 gm
- Raisins 50 gm
- Milk 1 cup
- Saffron 1/2 tsp
Method:
- Heat butter and oil and fry cinnamon, clove, cardamom, small cardamom and cumin seeds.
- Now add beef and 1 cup water and cook it.
- When it is tendered well, put yogurt, red chili powder, turmeric and ginger garlic paste and roast it nicely.
- Then dissolve saffron in milk and put in it.
- When 1 or 2 boils comes, close the stove, add almond and raisins and close the stove.
