Ingredients:

  • Green chilies 200 gm
  • Tamarind pulp 1/2 cup
  • Brown onion 4 tbsp
  • Oil 1/2 cup
  • Chili powder 1 tsp
  • Salt 1 tsp
  • Cumin powder 1 tsp
  • Coriander powder 1 tsp
  • Ginger garlic 1 tsp
  • Turmeric 1 pinch
  • Curry leaves 15-20
  • Cumin seeds 1 tsp
  • Desiccated coconut 1 tbsp
  • Peanut roasted 1 tsp

Method:

  1. First, heat oil, put curry leaves and cumin powder. When it becomes brown, put green chilies and fry for 5 minutes.
  2. Now add chili powder, salt, coriander powder, ginger garlic, turmeric, desiccated coconut and roasted peanut with fried onion.
  3. Now roast in grind it. Then put 1/2 cup water and cover it until it becomes thick.
  4. In end, put tamarind pulp and leave for simmer.
