Ingredients:
- Green chilies 200 gm
- Tamarind pulp 1/2 cup
- Brown onion 4 tbsp
- Oil 1/2 cup
- Chili powder 1 tsp
- Salt 1 tsp
- Cumin powder 1 tsp
- Coriander powder 1 tsp
- Ginger garlic 1 tsp
- Turmeric 1 pinch
- Curry leaves 15-20
- Cumin seeds 1 tsp
- Desiccated coconut 1 tbsp
- Peanut roasted 1 tsp
Method:
- First, heat oil, put curry leaves and cumin powder. When it becomes brown, put green chilies and fry for 5 minutes.
- Now add chili powder, salt, coriander powder, ginger garlic, turmeric, desiccated coconut and roasted peanut with fried onion.
- Now roast in grind it. Then put 1/2 cup water and cover it until it becomes thick.
- In end, put tamarind pulp and leave for simmer.
