Ingredients:
- Mutton 1/2 kg
- Tomatoes 2
- Onion brown 1/2 cup
- Ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp
- Chili powder 2 tsp
- Salt 1-1/2 tsp
- Curry leaves 20
- Oil 1/2 cup
- White cumin 1 tsp
- Roasted chickpea 1 tbsp
- Desiccated coconut 1 tbsp
- Peanuts 1 tbsp
- Raw rice grinded 1 tbsp
- Tamarind pulp 1/4 cup
- Green chilies chopped 3
- Coriander leaves 1/4 bunch
Method:
- Heat oil and fry ginger garlic paste, chili powder, salt and mutton with blended tomatoes nicely.
- Now add 2 cup water, cover it and cook until meat tendered.
- Then put brown onion, white cumin, roasted chickpea, desiccated coconut and peanuts and cook for 10 minutes so that oil comes on top.
- In end, add chopped green chilies, curry leaves, coriander leaves and tamarind pulp and cook until it becomes thick.
- Now serve it with boiled rice.
