Ingredients:

  • Mutton 1/2 kg
  • Tomatoes 2
  • Onion brown 1/2 cup
  • Ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp
  • Chili powder 2 tsp
  • Salt 1-1/2 tsp
  • Curry leaves 20
  • Oil 1/2 cup
  • White cumin 1 tsp
  • Roasted chickpea 1 tbsp
  • Desiccated coconut 1 tbsp
  • Peanuts 1 tbsp
  • Raw rice grinded 1 tbsp
  • Tamarind pulp 1/4 cup
  • Green chilies chopped 3
  • Coriander leaves 1/4 bunch

Method:

  1. Heat oil and fry ginger garlic paste, chili powder, salt and mutton with blended tomatoes nicely.
  2. Now add 2 cup water, cover it and cook until meat tendered.
  3. Then put brown onion, white cumin, roasted chickpea, desiccated coconut and peanuts and cook for 10 minutes so that oil comes on top.
  4. In end, add chopped green chilies, curry leaves, coriander leaves and tamarind pulp and cook until it becomes thick.
  5. Now serve it with boiled rice.
