Ingredients:
- Boiled potatoes 1/2 kg
- Peas 1 cup
- Chopped carrots 1
- Lemons 2
- Eggs 2
- Green chilies 4
- Green beans 8
- Bread crumbs 1 packet
- Green coriander 1/2 bunch
- Mint leaves 1/2 bunch
- Black pepper 1 tsp
- Roasted cumin 1 tbsp
- Mustard powder 1 tbsp
- Red chili flakes 1 tbsp
- Rice flour 3 tbsp
- Oil as required
- Salt to taste
Method:
- First, peel boil potatoes and mash it with fork.
- Now grind peas, finely chopped carrot and finely chopped green beans in chopped.
- Then mix red chili flakes, black pepper, salt, roasted cumin, mustard powder, lemon juice, finely chopped green chilies, finely chopped green coriander, finely chopped mint leaves and rice flour nicely.
- After that, grease your hands, make cutlets of mixture, dip in beaten eggs and coat with bread crumbs.
- In a frying pan, put oil and deep fry it.
- When golden brown, take it out and serve hot with ketchup.
