Ingredients:

  • Chicken or Beef mince 1/2 kg
  • Yogurt 250 gm
  • Raw papaya paste 2 tbsp
  • Yogurt cream 2 tbsp
  • Salt to taste
  • Red chili 1 tbsp
  • Ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp
  • Tandoori masala 2 tbsp
  • Green chilies 2
  • Lemons 4
  • Green coriander 1 bunch
  • Oil 1/2 cup

Method:

  1. In a big bowl, put all ingredients except green coriander and mix it nicely.
  2. Then mix masala and keep for a while.
  3. Then put oil in a pot, put in it and cook it.
  4. When water dries, roast it lightly, put finely chopped green coriander and serve hot.
