Ingredients:
- Chicken or Beef mince 1/2 kg
- Yogurt 250 gm
- Raw papaya paste 2 tbsp
- Yogurt cream 2 tbsp
- Salt to taste
- Red chili 1 tbsp
- Ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp
- Tandoori masala 2 tbsp
- Green chilies 2
- Lemons 4
- Green coriander 1 bunch
- Oil 1/2 cup
Method:
- In a big bowl, put all ingredients except green coriander and mix it nicely.
- Then mix masala and keep for a while.
- Then put oil in a pot, put in it and cook it.
- When water dries, roast it lightly, put finely chopped green coriander and serve hot.
