Ingredients:
- White flour 1/2 kg
- Sugar 1 tsp
- Baking powder 2 tsp
- Yeast 1-1/2 sachet
- Oil as required
- Salt to taste
Method:
- First put yeast and sugar in lukewarm water and mix it until sugar and yeast are mixed well.
- Then keep for rise. Now put white flour, add salt and baking powder and knead it.
- Then put in a mixing bowl, cover with plastic and leave for 3-4 hours in warm place.
- After that, fold dough with hands, make small small portions and roll like thick roti.
- Now grease oven tray with oil, set roti on tray and bake in preheated oven on 200 degrees C for 10 minutes.
- Pita bread is ready.
