Ingredients:

  • Mince 1/2 kg
  • Tomato 1
  • Coal 1
  • Green coriander 1 bunch
  • Green chilies 50 gm
  • Almonds 50 gm
  • Oil 1/2 cup
  • Turmeric 1 tsp
  • Salt 1 tsp
  • Ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp
  • Whole coriander 1 tbsp
  • Desiccated coconut 1 tbsp
  • Cumin seeds 2 tsp

Method:

  1. First, heat oil and put green chilies and mince.
  2. Together add turmeric, salt and ginger garlic paste and cover it.
  3. Now roast almond, cumin seeds, whole coriander and desiccated coconut on tawa and grind it.
  4. When water of mince dries, add tomato and roasted masala and roast it nicely.
  5. In end, put green chilies and green coriander, give smoke of coal and serve hot.
