Smoke Keema by Rida Aftab

Ingredients:
- Mince 1/2 kg
- Tomato 1
- Coal 1
- Green coriander 1 bunch
- Green chilies 50 gm
- Almonds 50 gm
- Oil 1/2 cup
- Turmeric 1 tsp
- Salt 1 tsp
- Ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp
- Whole coriander 1 tbsp
- Desiccated coconut 1 tbsp
- Cumin seeds 2 tsp
Method:
- First, heat oil and put green chilies and mince.
- Together add turmeric, salt and ginger garlic paste and cover it.
- Now roast almond, cumin seeds, whole coriander and desiccated coconut on tawa and grind it.
- When water of mince dries, add tomato and roasted masala and roast it nicely.
- In end, put green chilies and green coriander, give smoke of coal and serve hot.
