Ingredients:
- Boiled spinach 1-1/2 kg
- Onion 1
- Tomato 1 tsp
- Cumin seeds 1 tsp
- Garam masala 1 tsp
- Red chili powder 1 tsp
- Ginger garlic 2 tbsp
- Turmeric 1/2 tsp
- Salt 1 tsp
- Oil 1/2 cup
- Chopped green chilies few
For Making Mangodi:
- Split yellow lentil 3 cup
- Salt 1/2 tsp
- Cumin seeds 1/2 tsp
- Red chili powder 1 tsp
- Oil for frying
Method:
- For making mangodi: Mix split yellow lentil, salt, cumin seeds and red chili powder, add water and dissolve it.
- Now make it like pakoray, keep on tray and fry it.
- After that, heat oil and fry it.
- Heat 1/2 cup oil and do onion brown.
- Then put tomato, cumin seeds, ginger garlic paste and salt.
- Then put mangodi and roast it nicely.
- After that, add boiled spinach and keep on simmer for 30 minutes.
- In end, put chopped green chilies.
- Palak mangodi is ready.
