Beef With Peppers by Shireen Anwer

Ingredients:
- Undercut thinly sliced 1/2 kg
- Salt 1 tsp
- White pepper 1 tsp
- Soya sauce 3 tbsp
- Corn flour 2 tbsp
- Egg white 1
- Onion 2
- Capsicum 1
- Green chilies 4
- Mushrooms 4 sliced
- Carrots 1
- Oil 1/4 cup
- Garlic crushed 1 tbsp
- Chili sauce 1 tbsp
- Vinegar 1 tbsp
- Oyster sauce 2 tbsp
- Stock 1 cup
Method:
- Marinate undercut with salt, white pepper, soya sauce, egg white and corn flour for 15 minutes. Now deep fry it and take it out.
- Heat oil and fry crushed garlic until light golden.
- Now put chopped onion, chopped capsicum, chopped green chilies, mushrooms slices and chopped carrot and fry for 2 minutes.
- Then add soya sauce, oyster sauce, salt and white pepper with meat. Together put stock and cook until it boils.
- In end, add corn flour paste and make gravy thick.
