Beef Jalfrezi by Zubaida Tariq

Ingredients:
- Undercut beef 1/2 kg
- Tomato sauce 1/2 cup
- Tomato paste 1 cup
- Small cauliflower 1
- Onion 1
- Chopped capsicum 2
- Chopped carrots 2
- Green chilies 6
- Oil 1/2 cup
- Jaggery 1 tsp
- Cumin powder 1 tsp
- Red chili flakes 1 tsp
- Black pepper 1 tsp
- Ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp
- White vinegar 2 tbsp
- Soya sauce 2 tbsp
- Salt to taste
Method:
- First mash undercut beef parchay lightly. Now marinate it with 1 tbsp soya sauce, salt, 1 tbsp vinegar, red chili flakes and ginger garlic paste for 10 minutes.
- Then heat oil in a karahi, put masala meat and stir fry it.
- When water dries, add tomato paste, tomato sauce and jaggery.
- After that, in another pan, put capsicum cubes, chopped carrot, cauliflower, green chilies and onion, stir fry it and and meat.
- In end, put 1 tbsp soya sauce, 1 tbsp vinegar, cumin powder and black pepper and cook for 5 minutes.
- Now serve delicious beef jalfrezi with plain rice.
