Ingredients:

  • Round eggplant 1/2 kg
  • Tomato sauce 1/2 cup
  • Red chili powder 1 tbsp
  • Green chilies 3-4
  • Crushed cinnamon 1/2 tsp
  • Chopped mint 1/2 bunch
  • Oil as required
  • Salt to taste

Method:

  1. First cut eggplant into slices.
  2. In a pan, heat oil, fry eggplant slices, take it out and keep it aside.
  3. Now add tomato sauce, salt, chopped mint, crushed cinnamon, red chili powder and green chilies in a pan and mix it.
  4. Then put eggplant, cook for 8-10 minutes, take it out and leave for chill.
  5. Now serve it.
