Ingredients:
- Round eggplant 1/2 kg
- Tomato sauce 1/2 cup
- Red chili powder 1 tbsp
- Green chilies 3-4
- Crushed cinnamon 1/2 tsp
- Chopped mint 1/2 bunch
- Oil as required
- Salt to taste
Method:
- First cut eggplant into slices.
- In a pan, heat oil, fry eggplant slices, take it out and keep it aside.
- Now add tomato sauce, salt, chopped mint, crushed cinnamon, red chili powder and green chilies in a pan and mix it.
- Then put eggplant, cook for 8-10 minutes, take it out and leave for chill.
- Now serve it.
