Ingredients:

  • Mutton boneless 1/2 kg
  • Edible fat 250 gm
  • Papaya paste 1/2 cup
  • Black pepper 1 tsp
  • Garlic paste 1 tbsp
  • Cinnamon powder 1/2 tsp
  • Oil 2 tbsp
  • Salt to taste

Method:

  1. Cut edible fat into cubes.
  2. Now mix all ingredients in a bowl and leave for 1-1/2 to 2 hours.
  3. Then skew mutton and edible fat on BBQ sticks, bake in preheated oven or roast on coal or fry it.
  4. Afghani boti is ready.
