Ingredients:
- Mutton boneless 1/2 kg
- Edible fat 250 gm
- Papaya paste 1/2 cup
- Black pepper 1 tsp
- Garlic paste 1 tbsp
- Cinnamon powder 1/2 tsp
- Oil 2 tbsp
- Salt to taste
Method:
- Cut edible fat into cubes.
- Now mix all ingredients in a bowl and leave for 1-1/2 to 2 hours.
- Then skew mutton and edible fat on BBQ sticks, bake in preheated oven or roast on coal or fry it.
- Afghani boti is ready.
