Peri Peri Chicken Spiral by Shireen Anwer

Ingredients:

  • Spiral pasta boiled 2 cups
  • Chicken 1 breast
  • Oil 2 tbsp
  • Peri peri sauce 4 tbsp
  • Onion chopped 3 tbsp
  • Garlic crushed 1 tbsp
  • Parsley chopped 1 tbsp
  • Crushed red pepper 1 tbsp
  • Black pepper crushed 1/2 tsp
  • Salt 1/2 tsp
  • Tomato paste 1/2 tsp
  • Cream 2 tbsp
  • Parmesan cheese 3 tbsp

Method:

  1. Heat oil and fry onion and garlic crushed until light golden.
  2. Then add chicken bread slice, salt, crushed black pepper, tomato paste, peri peri sauce and 1/2 cup water and cook until chicken should be ready.
  3. Then fold boiled spiral pasta with cream, parsley and parmesan cheese.
  4. In end, serve with garlic bread.
