Peri Peri Chicken Spiral by Shireen Anwer

Ingredients:
- Spiral pasta boiled 2 cups
- Chicken 1 breast
- Oil 2 tbsp
- Peri peri sauce 4 tbsp
- Onion chopped 3 tbsp
- Garlic crushed 1 tbsp
- Parsley chopped 1 tbsp
- Crushed red pepper 1 tbsp
- Black pepper crushed 1/2 tsp
- Salt 1/2 tsp
- Tomato paste 1/2 tsp
- Cream 2 tbsp
- Parmesan cheese 3 tbsp
Method:
- Heat oil and fry onion and garlic crushed until light golden.
- Then add chicken bread slice, salt, crushed black pepper, tomato paste, peri peri sauce and 1/2 cup water and cook until chicken should be ready.
- Then fold boiled spiral pasta with cream, parsley and parmesan cheese.
- In end, serve with garlic bread.
