Ingredients:

  • Chicken 1 kg or 16 pieces
  • Ginger chopped 2 tbsp
  • Garlic chopped 1 tbsp
  • Cinnamon 1 stick
  • Black cardamom 2
  • Salt 1-1/2 tsp
  • Oil 1/2 cup
  • Water 1 cup
  • Onion 2
  • Tomatoes 3
  • Mint 1 bunch
  • Green chilies 6
  • Coriander leaves 3 tbsp
  • Chili powder 2 tsp
  • Coriander powder 1-1/2 tsp
  • Cumin powder 1 tsp
  • All spice 1/2 tsp

Method:

  1. In a pan, put chopped garlic, chopped ginger, cinnamon, black cardamom, salt and 1 cup water and cook approx.
  2. Now heat oil, fry onion slice until golden. Then take it out.
  3. After that, put in cooked chicken and fry for 2 minutes.
  4. Together put tomato slice, cumin powder, coriander powder, chili powder, green chilies, coriander leaves and mint leaves and fry for 5 minutes.
  5. Now add fried onion and all spice and serve with roti.
