Ingredients:
- Chicken 1 kg or 16 pieces
- Ginger chopped 2 tbsp
- Garlic chopped 1 tbsp
- Cinnamon 1 stick
- Black cardamom 2
- Salt 1-1/2 tsp
- Oil 1/2 cup
- Water 1 cup
- Onion 2
- Tomatoes 3
- Mint 1 bunch
- Green chilies 6
- Coriander leaves 3 tbsp
- Chili powder 2 tsp
- Coriander powder 1-1/2 tsp
- Cumin powder 1 tsp
- All spice 1/2 tsp
Method:
- In a pan, put chopped garlic, chopped ginger, cinnamon, black cardamom, salt and 1 cup water and cook approx.
- Now heat oil, fry onion slice until golden. Then take it out.
- After that, put in cooked chicken and fry for 2 minutes.
- Together put tomato slice, cumin powder, coriander powder, chili powder, green chilies, coriander leaves and mint leaves and fry for 5 minutes.
- Now add fried onion and all spice and serve with roti.
