Ingredients:

  • Bean thread noodles (cooked) 1 packet
  • Chicken 750 gm
  • Coconut powder 1 packet
  • Gram flour 3 tbsp
  • Lemon grass to taste
  • Red chili paste 20-30
  • Red chili powder to taste
  • Turmeric to taste
  • Onion paste 3-4
  • Tomato  paste 3-4
  • Ginger paste 1 tbs[p
  • Garlic paste 2 tbsp
  • Oil as required

For Garnishing:

  • Onions
  • Fried onions
  • Green onions
  • Fried garlic
  • Lemon juice
  • Boiled egg
  • Coriander leaves

Method:

  1. In a saucepan, saute chili paste, garlic paste and onion paste.
  2. After a few minutes, add chicken, ginger garlic paste and tomato paste and fry the chicken for 8-10 minutes.
  3. If required add a turmeric and chili powder to taste of this stage.
  4. Once the chicken is cooked, add coconut powder and gram flour to thicken the curry.
  5. Also, add lemon grass and let it simmer for a few minutes.
  6. In a bowl, add some bean thread noodles and pour the desired amount of chicken curry.
  7. Garnish with fresh onion, fried onions, green onions, fried garlic, lemon juice, boiled egg and coriander.
