Hot & Tangy Prawn Curry by Zarnak Sidhwa

Ingredients:
- Fresh prawns 1 kg
- Dry fish as required
- Tamarind pulp to taste
- Tomato paste 3-4
- Ginger 1 tbsp
- Garlic 4 tbsp
- Red chili paste 15-20
- Salt to taste
- Red chili powder to taste
- Oil as required
Method:
- In a pan, fry the dry fish till it changes color.
- Then ass chopped prawns, ginger paste, garlic paste., chili paste and cook for a few minute.
- Afterwards, add tomato paste and chili powder and let it simmer for a little while.
- Once the tomato paste is cooked, add tamarind paste and let it simmer in a cover pot for 5-7 minutes.
- Garnish the curry with coriander leaves and serve with white rice.
