Agar Agar Dessert by Zarnak Sidhwa

Ingredients:

• China grass
• Milk
• Rose water
• Sugar cream

Method:

1. For exact quantities of the ingredients, closely watch the show.
2. Boil half a little of water and dissolve sugar and china grass.
3. Once the grass is completely dissolved, add milk and rose water and cook till milk comes to boil.
4. Refrigerate the dessert.
5. Garnish with cream and serve chill.
