Ingredients:
- Chicken 1-1/2 kg
- Yogurt 1 cup
- Lemons 2
- Green chilies 6
- Oil 1/2 cup
- Black pepper 1 tbsp
- Ginger paste 1 tbsp
- Butter 2 tbsp
- Salt to taste
Method:
- First, wash chicken, put chicken with salt, garlic paste and oil in a pot and cook on low flame without water.
- When water dries, add green chilies, black pepper and lemon juice and keep on simmer for 5 minutes on low flame.
- After that, put butter and again simmer on tawa for 5-10 minutes.
- In end, serve delicious butter chicken with hot plain rice or parathay.
