Blender Strawberry Ice Cream by Zarnak Sidhwa

Ingredients:

• Frozen sliced strawberries 10 oz
• Sugar 1/2 cup
• Cream 2/3 cup
  

Method:

1. Combine the frozen strawberries and sugar in a food processor or blender.
2. Process until the fruit is roughly chopped.
3. With the processor running, slowly pour in the cream until fully incorporated.
4. Freeze till set before serving with chopped strawberries and more whipped cream.
