Ingredients:
- Chicken boneless 1/2 kg
- Tomato puree 1 tbsp
- Green chilies 6
- Black pepper 1 tsp
- Butter 1 tbsp
- Cumin powder 1 tsp
- Red chili flakes 1 tbsp
- Chopped almonds 15
- Salt to taste
- Ginger garlic paste 1/2 tbsp
- Fresh cream 1 packet
- Oil 1/2 cup
Method:
- First, in karahi pan, heat oil, put ginger garlic paste and do light brown.
- Now add chicken boneless and salt and dry chicken water.
- When water dries, mix cumin powder, red chili flakes, green chilies and tomato puree, roast it and keep on simmer.
- When oil come on top, then put fresh cream and butter.
- In end, put chopped almonds and serve hot.
