Ingredients:

  • Chicken boneless 1/2 kg
  • Tomato puree 1 tbsp
  • Green chilies 6
  • Black pepper 1 tsp
  • Butter 1 tbsp
  • Cumin powder 1 tsp
  • Red chili flakes 1 tbsp
  • Chopped almonds 15
  • Salt to taste
  • Ginger garlic paste 1/2 tbsp
  • Fresh cream 1 packet
  • Oil 1/2 cup

Method:

  1. First, in karahi pan, heat oil, put ginger garlic paste and do light brown.
  2. Now add chicken boneless and salt and dry chicken water.
  3. When water dries, mix cumin powder, red chili flakes, green chilies and tomato puree, roast it and keep on simmer.
  4. When oil come on top, then put fresh cream and butter.
  5. In end, put chopped almonds and serve hot.
